In a globalized world with media pouring in from all around the world, it becomes increasingly difficult to decide what is important enough to view, and what isn’t. That job falls into the hands of news sources whose purpose is to gain as much attention as possible. Today the headlining story is the most dramatic story, not the most important. Stories beyond the scope of the United States and its interests are unlikely to garner the attention they deserve. Negative feedback continues to be seen in journalism, and can exist in any form of media whether it be a top down or bottom up model. The issue with the Santos story is not that the story gained undeserved popularity due to positive feedback it’s that the story did not receive adequate attention, because it was cast aside in favor of stories which gained popularity due to positive feedback. The delay in funding and aid creates a rift in research. Many people support biomedical technology and cloning, but only to a certain extent. Most religious people are concerned about cloning because they believe that only God has the right to give and take life in any form. For example, while a number of challenges entrepreneurs face in college towns may be viewed as similar to those faced by the wider hospitality industry; a scarcity of literature may be preventing managers from zoning in on potential solutions to these problems. The main objective of the present study is to explore the challenges these operators face in an attempt to answer the questions previously posed. 2. 3 Literature review In this paper, it gave out a detailed literature review about the challenges among hospitality operations and consequence. It referenced nearly 30 latest reputable sources. Through these extensive literatures, the authors understood the issues and problems facing by the hospitality operations, which provides ideal for the authors to select the topic and carry out analysis. This finding is particularly significant as research and reports suggest that a large percentage of small hospitality operations, particularly restaurants and other eateries struggle to survive long-term. At the same time, the college town nature of the environment where operations were located also had an influence on operators’ staffing problems in that â€Å"a lot of students leave when they graduate or find something else†. This finding is in line with Wildes (2007) who explains that employers attribute turnover to the transient nature of the workforce, namely students. From the Table 2, the authors believe that in a college town, shortage of skilled labor was not a challenge for the majority of businesses, because there was a sense of shared frustration at the level of commitment and discipline among job applicants. It is found that the importance of fulfilling staffing needs meant that only a few operators commented on ‘other’ problems that, although potentially equally serious appeared to be of less concern in their list of priorities. 2. Conclusion supported by the findings In the paper, the authors in this chapter supported the findings, and it gave out the main conclusions based on the analysis of the case, then it also introduced the implications that this argument can also be made regarding valuable employees that are looking for a long-term job commitment, but given that they may be experiencing a lack of business leadership they may eventually leave, further exacerbating the operation’s staffing problems (Louis, 1992). At the same time, it is kind to summarize the limitations in the research, which is brought by the interviews, despite the very low number of participating businesses, a clear limitation that must be acknowledged, the present study not only identifies the seriousness of staffing issues among college town operators but also identifies and proposes several areas that could be explored in future research.. Finally, it pointed out the future research, one is to utilize the identification of initiatives small operators to minimize employee retention problems; another area that future research could focus on relates to additional challenges operators may be facing, particularly with the current state of the economy. Wes never fitted into her ideal occupation and happiness. Her reason is as a sheriff, Wes is expected with dangerous events which can possibly risk his life. Gail wants her family to move from Bentrock because she wants Wes to be himself and not a Hayden. My mother fervently believed that my father indeed, all of us would be happier if he practiced law, and if we did not live in Montana (19). Gail had this idea of her husband being in a established job could maintain her family, but since Grandpa Julian has been a dominating man in the sheriffs office with Len McAuley, he had to retire due to his age and his obsequious son, Wes will become sheriff. Gail is concerned of her sons value if they stay in the small town. Of course as a mother would civilize their children because no one will do it for them. Gail has these expectations from Wes of being a lawyer instead of being a police, I think if Wes were to be a lawyer she wouldn’t be unhappy were they are now. Not only the concern of her husband, but her son, David living in a small town, will change his values. Wes and Gail must have had their discussions where David will grow up, whether a small town or in North Dakota. She has expectations of Wes, but if he doesn t decide to do a fast action he will jeopardize their marriage which affects both. She lost a companion who helped her within the house. Marie Little Soldier was their housekeeper, but when she is sick with phenomena she acts hysterically when Gail suggest a doctor. When Frank came to examine her, Marie is shouting to Gail she doesn t want to be checked. After Frank has examined her with Gail in the room, she is left alone with Marie. Marie told her the reason she didn’t want Frank Hayden in the room. She finds out Frank molests Indian girls during their examinations in the reservation. Gail begs her husband also sheriff, to do something about the case. Wes doesn’t believe Gail as what he is telling her what Marie claimed. This would be the start of conflict in married couples. I told you. When he examines Indians girls he does things to them (47). Wes tells her Doctor Snow would examine him and he would be fine, in conclusion he thinks Marie is lying. As a husband he shoul d listen to her, but instead he back fired at her by telling her Frank examines people as a doctor should do. Gail one afternoon, found Marie lying dead on her bed. She couldn’t seem to take the news. Losing a friend and having conflicts with her husband about Frank has made her realize will Wes do the right or wrong and listen to her or her brother. Children have an idea of who their idol is when they grow up with the people they love the, but when the true person comes out, it questions David with Uncle Frank and Julian. David knew Uncle Frank as the handsome man who is a doctor. He gave David expensive gifts for Christmas, what kid would not love their uncle, but when David finds out Uncle Frank murdered Marie. He couldn’t seem to get the fact, his uncle is a murder. He was Uncle Frank, who tried to teach me how to throw a curve ball, who gave me expensive gifts for my birthday and Christmas, who made bad jokes all though my grandma Thanksgiving and Easter dinner, who every year went up to Canada to buy the best fireworks for our Fourth of July celebration. Who married Aunt Gloria, beautiful Aunt Gloria, Who murdered my beloved Marie (144). David couldn’t seem to take the news, finding out his most beloved uncle has murdered his friend who cared for him. Usually David parents are in work, and as work comes the ch ildren are invisible to the adults. Marie has been their for David making him not feel lonely, but she also is someone he can talk to.
